Ask us a question

What do I need to do be insured?

Buy the newest smartphone, tablet or similar with your Yuh card between 1 July 2024 and 31 December 2024. Boom, it’s covered against damage or theft! Keep the receipts – for purchases and repairs. And if a sneaky thief grabs it, be sure to file a police report. Submit your claim and we’ll do the rest.

Just a heads up: We like to keep things clear and honest. If you don’t report damage or theft within 5 years, we can’t help you. So don’t wait too long! Also, if your Yuh account is closed for some reason, you will no longer be insured, even retroactively.
