Yuh Pocket is here to keep your essential items safe and sound! If anything should go wrong, this insurance will help to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.
Your mobile phone, tablet, headphones, earphones or charger up to 1’000 CHF. Your house keys, car keys up to 500 CHF and your passport, wallet and its contents up to 300 CHF.
From 1 July 2024, some of the everyday items you buy with your Yuh card (yes, both physical and virtual) will be automatically insured. Just fill out the online form – you can find it easily in the account section of the Yuh app.
We’re celebrating big! Some of the everyday items you buy with your Yuh card are covered for free. We’ll share more with you on how to renew the service in a few months. However, no strings attached.
If you bought your insured item with the Yuh card between 1st July and 31st March 2025, here’s how to file an insurance claim.
Please note that the insurance is provided by our partner, Europ Assistance (Suisse) Assurances SA.
Buy the newest smartphone, tablet or similar with your Yuh card between 1 July 2024 and 31 March 2025. Boom, it’s covered against damage or theft! Keep the receipts – for purchases and repairs. And if a sneaky thief grabs it, be sure to file a police report. Submit your claim and we’ll do the rest.
Just a heads up: We like to keep things clear and honest. If you don’t report damage or theft within 5 years, we can’t help you. So don’t wait too long! Also, if your Yuh account is closed for some reason, you will no longer be insured, even retroactively.
