TATA Motors – Corporate Action

Dear Yuhser,

TATA Motors has decided to delist their share from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on the 24.01.2023.

What happens with my TATA Motors shares?

  • The Shares cannot be bought or sold anymore. If you have a recurring investment placed on TATA Motors, it has been paused. However, we recommend you to delete it, as no order will be executed.
  • The Shares will be liquidated at a price which will be communicated by TATA later in 2023.
  • There is nothing you need to do on your side. The amount of the payout will be performed automatically on your account when TATA will perform the liquidation.
