I understand that if my information is untrue, incomplete or contradictory, I may lose the right to claim benefits, even if the insurer is not prejudiced. I agree that Europ Assistance (Switzerland) SA may obtain the information and consult the documents necessary to settle the claim from intermediaries, transport companies, Yuh SA, the authorities (police, courts, etc.) and other insurers, etc., and I release the aforementioned institutions from their contractual duty of confidentiality.

Release from confidentiality

In order to process my claim, I authorise Europ Assistance (Suisse) Assurances SA to check and process the data relating to me that is necessary to assess the obligation to provide benefits and to process the declared claim. This applies in particular to enquiries to service providers, for which I release them from their duty of confidentiality. If necessary, the data will be passed on to relevant third parties in Switzerland and abroad for processing, in particular to co-insurers and reinsurers.
